Natural gas/propane stove..what does this ad mean? Is the stove ready for propane?

NATURAL GAS or PROPANE use it either way!
STOVE & OVEN, WORKS GREAT, VERY CLEAN!
Did I mention it is CLEAN? Super scrubbed clean.
The oven door glass window is VERY clean so you can see your baking food. The oven light works too!
Hotpoint brand, off-white cream color, measures 30 inches wide.
Has Propane Converter on it!(closeup shown in the picture)
You will need to cap off the natural gas hole to use it with propane.
A propane converter kit costs as much as $45. This stove has the hookup already, just in case you need it. (we used it with natural gas)
My question: Is it “plug and play” or do I still need to buy parts to make it propane??
