how do you convert a sealed burner gas range to propane gas?

I recently bought a new frigidaire natural gas stove. @ my house i have propane gas so i need to change the stove over to propane. so i need to change the orfices but in the box it didnt come w the orfices to change over but it says in the manual i can buy them seperately. so where can i buy them and how do i change them if also the range is a sealed burner it says you cannot lift the top. someone please help.
