My son considers himself an outdoorsman and he will love this hammock. It’s so lightweight and camo is his favorite color.

My son set it up for me between a tangerine and a small orange tree. He said it took a few tries, but he figured it out easily enough. Fabric is nylon and very lightweight. Dries Fast! But the S hooks have started to rust, even though I only left it out for a few days. We live in the tropics and it’s quite humid. But because it’s so light, it’s easy to take down (leaving the ropes up) so the hooks shouldn’t rust too much more (fingers crossed. )

    Pro’s:

    + easy to set up
    + lightweight
    + dries fast
    + affordable

    Con’s

    - a little too narrow
    - fabric doesn’t ‘breathe’

These are really nice, full size, strong hammocks. You can’t go wrong for the price.

Just recently purchased this hammock, so I can’t tell you about it’s longevity, but it’s compact, comfortable, and seems well built. The hanging ropes it comes with are uselessly short. Untie the knots when you get it and use it elsewhere. You’ll have to supply your own cord or webbing. I’ve slept in it in the yard, and used it a handful of times along river banks while kayaking where a tent isn’t an option, I wake up feeling refreshed(like I’ve not felt coming out of a tent in years lol). This is a great, cheaper alternative to more expensive hammocks, with little or no drawbacks.

Bought two of these, mainly for my kids, but they hold an adult comfortably. Comfortable, easy to set up (haven’t had a problem with the included hanging lines, they seem sturdy enough). Would make a great backpacking hammock for dry conditions or with a tarp strung above (for real weather or bugs I would use a Hennessy hammock — great product). But this is a good single person, inexpensive, lightweight hammock. Highly recommend.
