Easy to use, plenty hot enough to do Chinese dishes. The wok is big for those who enjoy eating a veggies. We’ve had fun eating the dishes this summer.

They shipped a different item than what is pictured. Instead I received the 18″ Bolt Together Portable Propane Outdoor Cooker (which they also sell alone). . . and they threw in a wok and accessories. On top of that, there were just bolts, and no nuts that came with the cooker so I had to buy my own from the hardware store. So basically, i received the wrong item. . . and it was also missing pieces.

The unit operates well and makes excellent stir-fry. The “manual” however is confusing, and the illustrations don’t match the parts sent. Had to call them to get accurate assembly instructions. Inconsiderate to customers, that.

I got this specifically for stir frying. My wife likes the taste of stir frys but didn’t like the smoke created by indoor high temperature stir frying. The King Kooker improved the taste further with even higher temperatures and moved the smoke outside. Nice simple, relatively inexpensive solution.

This product is everything you need an outdoor wok to be. Easily cooks for 8 people. It is fun to cook near the table and be part of the party. It provides the high heat necessary to make the flash cooked, crisp and tender vegetables in Chinese stir-fry cooking. We cook one dish right after another with ease. It is a real joy to use this wok. I wish I had one in my kitchen. We keep it on the lania and use it everyday.
