In a camp situation what kind of food should i buy?

I will be in camp for 20 days, I like to eat healthy but its a really small fridge, theres a microwave but no stove. What should I do, I can only eat so much soup before im sick of it. So I need basically 20 nights of meals but im not sure what avenue to take
