Grills are inexpensive. Some are like less than $10 USD brand new in camping stores. Might be cheaper to go with new than to drive around looking for a used one.

what I found was a large fan,works great.Its big and curved so it fits around the fire just right and its steal,A fridge has a coating that has to be burned off b4 u can cook anything on,

you can get those anywhere…go to the camping section at Wal-mart or Dic*s sporting goods–they’re about $10 there

You can use oven racks, broiler pans (the kind with the holes in them). I have also used an expanded metal grate.
Just make sure that what ever you use doesn’t have any type of plastic coating on it. Enamel coatings are fine, but plastic will melt and give off toxic fumes that could permeate into the food you cook.
Also look into investing into a dutch oven. They are cast iron pots that are designed to go directly on top of the coals. You’ll have to season it, which isn’t difficult to do. (Heat it up and rub cooking oil all over it)
