I am trying to find a camping stove called a Kangaroo Kitchen. Anyone know where to find one?

The Kangaroo Kitchen was a propane fueled camp stove that was no bigger than a brief case but could be used to cooking, baking, and heating water for clean up as well as the grill was used as a drain board. I really want a new one. Saw one in a Dick’s sporting goods ad but could not find the actual stove or a supplier. Thanks for your help.

I tried a search, there was one on ebay but it’s ended. Then a listing from Federalway washington came up with one for sale. I tried.

It appears the product is old, maybe 70’s or 60’s, surely not made anymore, and their former business address was

Linda L, I hate to disagree with you but this is not an item that Dicks Sporting Goods carries or has carried in the 9 years that I have been associated with them. I am currently the manager in charge of the camping department in one of our larger volume stores. I’ve been a manager in 5 stores in 3 states so far.
On the off chance that any of our locations carry it, I did a search of the company’s data base, listing all of the camping equipment that is located in any of our 300 + stores. This data base would even include any older style merchandise we would have, even at a clearance price. I am able to access this from my home PC.
The only brand of brief case size stoves we carry are the Coleman brand in several styles.
Being a firm believer in not letting a stone unturned, if you could give me the location of our marketing area where you believe you saw the item advertised, I will contact the store to see what may have been featured in that particular advertisement.
I’m not only trying to help you locate this item but it sounds like something I wouldn’t mind adding to my own growing collection of camping gear.
I’ve also searched the internet, several different search engines, and have no better luck than the others have posted.
